Flood Early Warning and River Monitoring System

The project focused on establishing a localized flood early warning and river monitoring system through the installation of a Radar Level Sensor (RLS) and Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) at the Kanda River Bridge. The system enables real-time monitoring of river water levels and transmits hydrological data every 10 minutes, supporting timely alerts, disaster preparedness, and enhanced protection of downstream communities from flood risks.
