Bulk Messaging and Information Dissemination System for Irrigation Water Distribution

The project focused on the development and implementation of a bulk messaging and digital information dissemination system to improve communication and coordination in irrigation water distribution. The solution included consumer data management for water users, enabling structured and reliable information handling across irrigation systems. The system enabled bulk and individual SMS notifications, connecting water users, association committees, and irrigation offices for real-time communication and operational updates. It also integrated billing, accounting, and inventory management features within a unified web and mobile-based platform to support efficient monitoring, operation, and decision-making for both Rani and Jamara Irrigation Office and Mahakali Irrigation Management Office, Block D.
