Water Supply and Sanitation Management Platform

The project focused on developing and implementing an Online Water Supply and Sanitation Management Platform for the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Management Board to strengthen the management and delivery of water services. Implemented across four municipalities in Dhading (2), Rautahat (1), and Sarlahi (1) districts, the platform digitized operational processes, improved data management and reporting, enhanced monitoring and decision-making, and supported more efficient, transparent, and sustainable service delivery.
