WaterMark is a customized ERP software designed for water utility providers. Through this software, water utilities can not only operate their daily activities such as billing, meter reading, book-keeping, inventory management, HR management, assets management, and customer relationship management but also automate their operational activities such as pump control automation through the use of IoT devices from anywhere around the globe.

Additionally, through the use of the Smart Water Management System, the organization can calculate in real-time their loss of revenue due to non-revenue water (NRW), the water qualities through LAB Modules, and the health of their water sources through the water source sensors.

Furthermore, through the business intelligence mobile application, utility providers can operate their daily activities through a custom mobile application. The customers of the utility providers can access various information such as the water quality in real-time, their monthly water usage, their transaction history, news and notices related to water supply, submit complaints, and make maintenance requests through the use of dedicated customer mobile applications.
